User Commands

- changes your name.

- logs propid's of currently worn props.

- sends you to room.

- room messege.

- tells you roomid.

- dresses you in props.
- ~clean
- cleans room of paint and props.
- ~reload
- reloads all current room media.

- a way to log in as operator.
